If you are in search of the best charter yacht ownership program, then without a doubt you have heard the term "professional maintenance" thrown around a few times by now. At this point you have probably asked yourself, "What does this include?"
Your yacht is a valuable asset and you want to ensure that she is being treated with the utmost care and being properly maintained to ensure that she delivers you decades of smooth sailing long after she is not a part of a charter yacht ownership program anymore.

Maintenance Intervals
While your yacht is in our ownership program, she will receive a three month, a six month and a twelve month maintenance each year. During each maintenance interval your essential mechanical parts and systems are checked and replaced if needed. For sailboats, the rigging will be assessed and repaired or replaced if needed. In addition to the normal upkeep, your yacht will also be hauled out yearly for all necessary maintenance. New anti-fouling will be applied to your boat and repairs to the gel coat will be made as needed.
Warranty Issues
The Moorings will be your liaison to Robertson & Caine, Beneteau or Jeanneau, depending on who your boat builder is. This means that if there is a warranty issue with your yacht we will work directly with the manufacturer to have the correct part replaced. We have people on staff who handle all warranty concerns and claims so that you will never have to worry about this while your boat is in our fleet. If the concern is not with your boat manufacturer but rather your chart plotter, refrigerator, sail, engine, etc. then we will work directly with those companies to ensure proper replacement. For example, if the generator on your boat was built by Northern Lights and for some reason a repair was needed, our team would work with Northern Lights to replace the part and get it running in perfect working order.

We must also consider the standard that not only our owners expect, but the standard that our charter guests expect as well.
